Founded in 2021, Beyond Boundaries emerged during a time when the world craved connection, freedom, and the joy of travel after months of isolation. What began as a vision to make travel more accessible and meaningful has grown into a trusted name for group tours and customized journeys across India and 11 international destinations.
The company was co-founded by Richik Mondal, a B.Tech graduate with 5 years of experience in top education brands like BYJU’S and Vedantu. His structured, client-first approach brought a new level of professionalism to the travel space. Alongside him is Mr. Ashim Kumar Mondal, a former Indian Bank officer with over 30 years of experience and a long-standing involvement in hospitality, having managed hotel reservations for partner properties since 2011.
Together, their combined expertise bridges personalized care with operational excellence—ensuring every journey is seamless, memorable, and rooted in trust.
